With bandsaw marks and lots of character, Vintage Loft from Real Wood Floors is reminiscent of worn-in, well-loved floors you see in hundred-year-old buildings. The collection features wide boards (8 1/2″) and long lengths (up to 8′) that show off the reclaimed textures.

This year, Real Wood Floors has added four new colors to the collection: Drafthouse, Bowery, Distillery, and Tavern.

Ideal Customer

Clean modern spaces and even warm farmhouses are excellent fits for this flooring. The reclaimed details and natural brown tones go well with many different designs. We’ve seen this collection installed in new builds, home renovations and office spaces.

We recommend this floor for customers who are interested in a reclaimed look and wide planks. Vintage Loft shows off a lot of natural grain and character because of its brushed grain and hand chiseled bevels.

Maintenance

The floors have a highly durable UV-oil urethane finish that protects it from normal wear and tear. We always recommend installing a whole-home humidifier to prevent gaps and squeaks. Additionally, it’s important to only clean these floors with a wood floor safe cleaner and microfiber mop.
