Announcing our merger

The Master’s Craft and its sister company, Real Wood Floors, have been close partners with common ownership for many years. The decision was made last year to begin operating as one organization and implement a brand change to RW Supply+Design. This new chapter combines our greatest strengths and resources to ultimately serve our customers better than ever before. We also are united around a purpose greater than our business; the mission of our organization is to work for the day every child has a home.

What is changing?

Not much! You will begin to see us bring you more options when it comes to prefinished floors, updated showrooms for you and your customer to use, and additional product categories like LVT, watersafe laminate, and a continued focus on growing our unfinished and sundry product lines. We will continue to use our buying power and 15+ locations to offer you the best products and services possible. Other changes you may start to see:

• New logos on receipts and invoices.
• New e-mail communications, but don’t worry we’ll be able to receive e-mail from our current addresses indefinitely.
• New technology like our point-of-sale system for faster checkout, and a future order online/pickup in-store website.
• A new brand exclusively for our flooring dealers with showrooms: Portercraft Floors.
• A pricing philosophy that keeps prices low while rewarding our volume customers.

We will be working throughout the rest of 2022 to implement our new brand and logos across all our locations.

What is NOT changing?

We remain a family-owned company and most things you know and expect from us will stay the same. You won’t have to worry about us losing our focus on customer service or getting you the products you need for your business. Your credit line and payment terms are still the same. We still offer the same (but growing) product lines and service from the people you know, and you can contact us at the same phone/text numbers you are used to.

We are committed to serving our core customers across our 15+ locations that include flooring professionals, builders, dealers, and homeowners. We work with each of these groups by offering different products, services, and pricing levels to get them the best floor for their project.
