We were recently impacted by the flood on the North Fork River and had to replace our flooring. Brian helped us find hardwood flooring at what it would have cost us to replace it with laminate, then even held it for months until we were ready to install it. The results surpass our expectations. I live in Massachusetts and was introduced to Brian at Master's Craft while on vacation in Missouri. A house fire made it necessary to replace the flooring in our entire home. We looked and looked and looked but simply couldn't find anything we were happy with. We walked in to the Master's Craft and instantly fell in love with the floor that is now in our home. The floors are stunning and the quality is top notch. I have to admit I was a bit nervous making such a large purchase from so far away but the process was not only seamless, it was quite pleasant. Very pleased with our experience at The Masters Craft. We dealt solely with Brian who is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have tons of different types and stains of hardwood to choose from. We were very happy about this considering we had already went to Lowe's and didn't find anything that suited us and what we had wanted specifically. We ended up going with an engineered Maple in the shade Brockton. It's the perfect medium/dark stain that we were looking for in the engineered style. Our transaction was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend The Masters Craft to anyone looking to buy hardwood floors. You will not be disappointed.
